ABOUT US:  The object for which the Company is established is to Provide General Engineering and Commercial Services, General Important and Export trade, Stockage, transportation and marketing of petroleum products, notably:

• To carry out civil engineering services and supplies relating to piping for transportation of petroleum products and water;
• To engage in the importation of all such good that are necessary for the realization of the company’s objectives
• To carry our local Purchases, Importation, Warehousing, Transportation and marketing of Petrochemical products;
• To supply and contract for the supply of manpower to marine engineering works, from Rig Maintenance to Beach cleaning including coastal environmental quality maintenance.
• To carry out the supply Sea Transport Services – Barge Towing, Stevedoring, safety and rescue at sea services;
• To carry out food supplies and catering on sea-going vessel and on-land catering services
• To act as representatives of manufacturers, distributors, transporters and marketers of foods ready for consumption, semi-processed foods etc.
• To act generally as Consultants in transportation and marketing of Petroleum products and all other related activities in and out of Cameroon / CEMAC Zone.
• To acquire, own, and trade in movable (especially household goods) and immovable properties in the company’s name in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
• To do all such other things as are incidental to the object, and in substantial conformity with any powers given to it under the OHADA Uniform Rules on Cameroon Companies and Economic Interest Groups, applicable in Cameroon
